Confirming your Appointment~
You may receive a confirmation by text or email, or both, please let us know which you prefer. To confirm please follow the instructions of our automated system.
Canceling your Appointment~
We hate to have you miss your beauty experience but for any reason you need to cancel or move your appointment please let us know as soon as you do. If canceling after the 48hrs confirmation please call or text us at 843-303-9392 to make those changes. In the event that you have no showed or canceled 3 times within a 24hr period we may ask for a deposit of 50% of any future scheduled services.
Running Late for your Appointment~
From kids to traffic to work. Life can get hectic, we have all experienced how that goes! Being late for your appointment does happen. If arriving more than 15 mins late to your appointment and we will do our best to accommodate your allotted service time. Please understand that your visit may be shortened or rescheduled depending on the service/s scheduled.
Kids in the Beauty Room~
Unfortunately, our beauty room is not kid friendly. For the protection your littles it is not an ideal environment for them to be left unattended. Our space is small with hot items, large objects, chemicals and sharp tools. Our goal is to keep our space safe, comfortable and relaxed for the guest and service provider. If your child does need to attend your service please notify the staff prior to arrival. To avoid rescheduling, we may need to alter your service and we will do our best to get you in and out as quickly as possible.
